Returns & Refunds

All products marketed and sold by Pro-Ma Systems Ltd to consumers are sold with a money back guarantee. If for any reason a consumer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, it should be returned to the Distributor from whom it was purchased, with a written statement as to the reason for the return.

The claim for refund should always be made within ten days from the original date of purchase. When a consumer’s request for refund has been approved, the full purchase price paid by the consumer will be refunded by the Distributor from whom the purchase was made. The Distributor will receive, from the Company, replacement product for the items returned.
